I'd rather drive something made my a company with a history of fine petrol engines, regardless of purpose, than one built in a country where to get 200bhp you need 5 litres
My parents had a 2.5 tdi Jeep Cherokee, it was an absolute turd. Countless mechanical problems and nobody ever managed to figure out what was wrong with it it went for £75 in the end just to get rid of the bloody thing!!
My favourite memory of this car is it's doors freezing shut... What use is a 4x4 if you can't open the doors when it's cold?!
