H22 Rocker Covers for Sale

sorry su8han i only have 1 blue rocker cover left for sale at the moment.
I could do you a red one at some point in the future but you would need to send me you old cover to be repainted.

Gosh, just as I've finally bit the bullet and bought the paint etc to finally get on with doing the one on my UKDM, I see this thread

Hey vanzep out of Interest what did you use to clean up the underside of the rocker covers? I've got a spare one I'm currently working on to fit to the car and the underside is a horrible brown that's not cleaning up nicely.

your best to leave the cover submerged in degreaser for a couple of days - stubborn spots can be cleaned with carb cleaner and elbow grease

im sure others will have found some alternative methods

Paint thinners seems to be the best balance between crude removal and non reaction with the metals.

Oven cleaner (oven pride) works exceptionally well but is very corrosive on skin and will start to react with aluminium eventually. Use it quickly.
