Does anyone know the best place to buy front lips, side skirts rear lips for the 4th gens.
Im struggling to find anything really

I agree with Pushki, these look best standard, the only cosmetic thing I would change to Pushki's is the ride height. Oh and obviously I would get the rust sorted. However, it's your car so if you want to Max Power it

Not going to fast and furious it but a mild lip kit and rear spats is only subtle.

That is nice, I think the front lip I have off the black one is not to much. Just need a nice rear lip

eurobubble side skirts go with almost any front/rear lip
usdm accord oem lip kit is popular for those wanting a more subtle oem look
i have a wings west rear lip somewhere
