Ammo, I'm fairly sure the guy you're on about was advertising on ebay. I saw a few and thought they were quite shocking.
As the others have said, do the same with your pics. There will be a very obvious difference in quality between the two of you, and chances are you could do well out of it. Given that you're "in there" at the Norfolk arena should also stand you in good stead.
Another point to note, if you place no value in your pictures, thats exactly how others will perceive them.
If you give them away for free, people will always expect them to be free.
Congratulations to vtecmec for winning May/June's Lude Of The Month, with his DIY Turbo BB1 build.

Bit of a photography rant here, sorry
Banter goes here, and doesn't have to be Lude related

I tried to sell them at the start, I didn't have any takers, seems that drifters are always skint as they spend so much on their cars.
Only way to make any money would be to take pictures of people having passenger rides as they are more likely to buy them (Like Ian Blackett does at santa pod) But I don't have the funds to buy a van and basically have a mobile office so you can sell them on the day

As you say those pics are shocking!
I have a Cannon 1000D with a 18-55mm lens. Proper bog standard entry level kit
This was my 1st attempt and panning last year at Japshow. They are by no means good at all and added a few effects and I had to do it through the wire fence

You have a big printer as well don't you.? Buy some ink and photo paper in bulk, start selling direct prints. They will see their car looks awesome and it's already printed big and they will buy it.Ammo wrote:I tried to sell them at the start, I didn't have any takers, seems that drifters are always skint as they spend so much on their cars.
