Just an update.
Keep saying to myself I’m going to keep his build on a budget that’s slowly running away.
ATR manifold fitted port matched to a blackworks racing throttle body, EGR delete, secondary air runner delete
S2000 injectors
Sunroof delete - made from 5mm black arylic
Purspex windows cut out by myself due to keeping this build on a budget although I cracked drivers side
Air holes - had to be made for last track day to prevent death
Pikey window visors , seats bolted on the ground so was just to shade me a little
Hondata S300 - can’t get the fueling right! Dowloded a base map and the AFR WAS INSANE !
AEM wideband fitted to custom facia plate off cut from sunroof
I found out the cars still running on a standard ecu - so an ATR lump on standard ecu is less than ideal ! I will ideally get the car mapped however I would like a good 4-2-1 prior to this .
I toyed with the idea of a turbo, harsh reality is that I don’t want to open the engine up. It doesn’t smoke burn oil it’s apot on.
Sooooo Nos kit is on the agenda, a small 50 shot will surely get me where I want to be, just enough power for the straights then hopefully.
As for handling I’ve been fairly impressed with the car overall, chased quite a few cars round Snetterton. EP3 speed wise are on par, but I can’t help feeling I need higher spring rates on the coilovers, I get a hop and skip when pushing really hard on track! And pictures reflect quite a lot of body roll.
Ahhh also picked up a Mugen rep kit from James on here that’s being sprayed as we speak!
My last track day ended less than ideal with power steering lines starting to weep what we’re quickly wrapped up in microfibres
I’m booked up at mims Hond day Rockingham with evening track time 3hrs open pit so if your by holla!
Will constantly post up track time what usually myself and Si-import usually attend with some other local lads be nice to see some more members on track???
Anyway bored you all enough for a little while

Cheers dude I’ve been through your build thread and it’s EPIC ! any advise on spring rates ?
I’m trying to shed as much weight as possible to save buying a different setup, I may preload the springs a bit more not ideal I know but want to see what a firmer setup will perform like !
The car sounds epic with the 68mm port matched TB

My build isn't bad, but Merlin's, nuculaslude (or however you spell it lol), Nathmannathans and 4genphils are far superior, louckie wrote:Drax wrote:Oooo I like this updatelots of good mods and pics to match, great work!

I’ve been through Nathmannathans running the JRSC intested me, completely different to the charger they ran on the kit I had on my EP3 the h22 kit is more comprehensive and efficient than the Eaton JR62Drax wrote:My build isn't bad, but Merlin's, nuculaslude (or however you spell it lol), Nathmannathans and 4genphils are far superior, louckie wrote:Drax wrote:Oooo I like this updatelots of good mods and pics to match, great work!
