Or a cheap damaged lude I can use to steal the engine

I have a JDM H22A from an 4th gen auto which i am in process of rebuilding. So head and block are split. Ive started work on the head but block hasnt been touched other than to check it turns over freely and has no damage to cylinder walls. There is a video of it somewhere if you are interested.

I also have a jdm h22a from a 5th gen manual. I was going to rebuild it as the cam seal went but it’s been sat for probably 6 months. Not too sure what I actually want to do with it

When I said block, I meant tall block. As in whole engine, But it is the bottom end thats gone. I know you're up in scotland Vanzep so thats a fair distance thats the only issue.
where abouts are you located james?

Is there any issues other than the cam seal? just wondering why you'd pull an engine just for the cam seal?
