WTF is cookie control?

Its appearing in the bottom left of my screen, and only on LG.

Hi Chaps. The short version:

The EU has decided that if your website stores any cookies on a persons machine, you need to tell them about it and get them to agree they are OK with it. If you don't, they'll fine you up to £500,000.
