Hello Gents.
Hope everyone is well in this rather crappy weather.
The lude went in for an MOT over the weekend and I have been told I have a rusted fuel line on the near side rear wheel. My uncle could not tell me anymore than that as it goes into a cover and he didn't take the cover off.
Today while using vtec I pulled up into the car park and noticed the fuel was leaking quite badly.
Is it a costly fiddly job? Or something relatively straight forward? I have a full tank of fuel as well which doesn't help lol.
Any advice or help is appreciated.
Regards
Ranj
Congratulations to vtecmec for winning May/June's Lude Of The Month, with his DIY Turbo BB1 build.

It is a very common to have a fuel leak there. Both my Ludes had it. Like Andy says, a bit of rubber fuel hose will solve the problem. There is mixture of hard lines and rubber hoses back there, and the hard lines can rust out. Chop out the leaky bit and replace with hose.

Cheers Drax.
Will a 12 mm braided hose do? I can pick one up from ebay for 10 quid.

Hello gents
Does anyone know the dimensions of the fuel lines for the lude? I am thinking of getting a braided hose but need to know the right size. I couldn't see it in the link that Drax posted.
