I had that wheel on the bb4 I broke. It's a good wheel. Unfortunately the stitching had gone on mine. Phil has it now.
It's a momo, but never understood why you can get them with the 'personal' brand on instead.

I don't daily my car so not too worried about the stitches going bad.

I have wanted this wheel for like 10 years lol, personally i like the cross stitching apposed to the parrellel stitching the momo wheel does.

Getting the H Button you just swap out the horn on one of these wheels it comes apart pretty simply.

I'm putting a DIY together for the Nardi wheel install because the ground is different compared to Momo. The momo supplies two connectors on the horn button for positive and ground where the Nardi wheel only supplies the Positive, the ground is in the spring so had to do a bit of wiring.

I'll post a link once i'm completely done .
