That pi55 annoying "im open" door beeping noise

where is the frikkin beep i need to remove to stop this?? WIll's 4g import had it too. ive listened, and it seems to come from around the drivers footwell, right hand side by the fusebox just above it but i just can't place it.

drives me MAAAAAAAD!!!!

I wonder if it comes from the ICM (Integrated Control Module) which is mounted on the back of the foot well fuse board. It's responsible for all those little trick touches (ignition key beep, lights on beep, lights on when the door's open etc), so I wonder if the noise actually comes from within it

had a quick look and i can only see the green connector that goes into the fusebox module

cant find the black connector but ill take off all of the plastic housing and have a better look tonight.

Shouldn’t beep if keys out bud. The beeps a warning to let you know you’ve left keys.
