Hi Drax,
Looking at you list of parts on page 1
ATR Valve springs and retainers (will fit all H22 blocks), great condition - barely used £80
just wondering if these offer any improvement over std H22a springs and retainers? as prob going to fit oem upgrade cams out of S spec 5th gen.
im looking for sprung lmas as well :)

from my research they were able to take more of a beating from the cams than the stock h22a ones, and the same with the sprung lma's too. i nabbed some sprung lma's from a head i bought years ago and fitted those to my build, but i went with the titanium springs and retainers in the end due to the JUN cams i fitted :)

thanks for the info Drax - will try and track down some sprung lmas and get back to you on the valve springs and retainers :)
