I have a feeling the S-Spec has the same front radius rod bushes as the Type-S. I'm sure @RattymcClelland and possibly even @Nitin_s1 will know.

If you do need them then give me a shout. I ordered a set thinking I needed them, waited over 2 months for them, only to find I didn't need them and already had the bushes I did need!

I imagine the lead time is still that long, so that'll save you a bit of a wait ;)

S-Spec should have the same set as a normal Sir.. And last time I was looking for a set for my Type-S, the set was similar to the 4G one but only had a couple of bushing difference.

S spec is the same as all other 5th gens. Just Atts preludes have the 4 front lower ball joints.

Are you doing the whole car in Strongflex? How much does that come to?

90a hardness.

My engine mounts are 75a and the whole car vibrates violently at low rpm.

Are those the correct roll bar sizes?

I'm just doing the front for now, my mate reckons its about 4/5 hours work to remove and replace all the bushes at the front. the polybush set is £127 and then labour @NafemanNathan

I think thats the because its the sport set potentially, the other set is 80A - based on your response I imagine 80A is a better shout?

I've checked the front anti roll bar size online and it appears it is 25.4mm. -@RattyMcClelland

will let you know once I have ordered them bud - @Damon

Yeah, 90 shore could be a bit of an issue after not so long on our roads

Having said that I'm not entirely sure what Energy Suspension bushes are.
