Most of us that have poly-bushed our lude's have used Energy Suspension. They're cheaper than any of the other brands, and reliable.

I have the red set fitted as it was a bargain at the time, but yes these need maintenance in the form of re-greasing now and again. I've not experienced any squeaking yet after a year or so of having them fitted.

I believe that they are impregnated with graphine but some people are unsure if this is true or not,

Just make sure you use pleanty of the lube thats suppiled and should not have a problem

If paying new prices bud, go for the black set. Less maintenance and I don't think the black set costs any/much more.

Does the 92-96 polybush set fit all 5th gens?

Most does. The front upper arm bushes are completely different though. I think the ARB's are different diameters as well when you come to order those also (These don't come in the master kit anyway).

There are differences between Type-S and regular 5th gens as well and the Type-S require different front radius rod ends also.

Ah sweet, ill buy them seperate. Are the s-spec any different?!

The coilovers have shot all the bushes to bits :lol:
