This week has been very productive when it came to the lude..

Traced out my old trunk to over lay onto the cf trunk to get the spoiler mounting locations.

That looks good and clean. Stands out nicely with that carbon boot.

Thanks! Definitely aiming for better stuff!

This weekend was very productive as well, picked up a set of s2k seats and wired up the EDFC Controller so now that is powered up.

Next step will be running all the wiring and motors to all 4 shock towers and swapping my function and forms for the Teins.

Also replaced all my external 194 bulbs (Side Marker, Headlight Parking bulb, Both inner and outer bulbs in the tail light) to projector style LED's and they are super bright!

Definitely a fun weekend :D

SUPER ADVAN SA3R Restoration!

So i'm in the process of restoring a set of Super Advan Sa3r wheels, specs are 17x7 +30 offset.
Rims were 1.5 hour from my house so soon as i saw it i made the drive to pick it up.
They did not have the covers or hex nuts or anything....so i started the hunt for all the parts i need.

Posted an ad on Facebook and after no response from anyone for about 1.5 weeks someone messaged me saying he has the covers, hex bolt, hex bolt tool, centre coin tool but doesn't have the coins or clips. Same evening i met up with him and collected what he had for DIRT CHEAP!

Next i was on the hunt for the coins....posted another ad on Facebook and someone 2.5 hours away has a set of 16 inch advan's for sale for cheap that is complete but sadly its 4x100 and needs a refinish so I'm going to go this weekend to pick up the set of rims take the centre coin and clips and sell the rims back without the coins!

BUT, he only has 3 of the clips so I found someone else 1.5 hours away who is willing to ship me 1 Clip :D :D :D :D :D

Once i have collected everything, the rims are going to go out for restoration :D :D

How i picked it up:

The set: Hex bolt, Hex bolt tool (VERY RARE TO FIND), in between the 2 bottom caps is the tool for the centre coins. (Coins hoping to get this weekend)

Test Fitted since they came off a 16' rim:

And a quick photoshop of what i am planning on doing for color....
