Suspension help
I've bought lowering springs for my 4g, since I've put em on the car is very bouncy, handles horrible, been told its down to the shocks
What's the best shocks I can get that will be able to handle my lowering springs, thanks you

The shocks are in very poor conditionrrobis wrote:it depends.
what kind of springs have you purchased?
with a mild drop and any sophisticated brand spring you should not have such situation even with OEM shocks. considering your existing shocks aren't blown out.

I lowered mine 30mm on Eibachs with standard shocks and have been great

60mm will def need new shocks , I prob would have gone coilovers with that drop , I don't know what the best shocks would be I'm afraid.
Someone on here will know.
What make are the springs

Cheers

I want to keep the lude I love it, best car I've ever had, just I want to get shocks to help improve the car as the springs are too long and don't know who to go withNafemanNathan wrote:Prelude danny wrote:I may just break my car and buy something differentI do wonder why you even bother thinking about modifying cars Danny!
