4th gen 5 stud conversion

Post by Dino » Thu Sep 01, 2016 1:46 pm

Looking to do a 5 stud conversion on my 4th gen vtec lude.

Just want to confirm parts i will need.

5stud conversion coming from a 5th gen vtec.

Hubs (comprising of discs & upright arms)

Dont believe i will need 5th gen upper & lower control arms?

Will i need to use the 5th gen vtec driveshafts as fractionally longer than the 4th gen vtec items?

Cheers.

Marc

You can just swap over the rear bearings, if you change the uprights you'll need new drop links.

yep the bolt pattern on the hubs are the same as the 4g so unbolt the hub from the upright and just bolt them onto the 4g upright

You will also have to accept that your lude is part 5th gen though.
