Help car in limp mode

Mate had map senser out of car then put it back in. Now car is in limp mode and wont come outa it. I dissconeted the ecu and done the battery termals together and still in limp mode. Any thoughts ? Thanks in advance

is the map sensor plugged in properly? have you pulled the codes?

Thanks for replys. Swapped the ecu to an other one i had and she come back outa limp mode and drove fine. Strange that.
Need to swap it back though as need my 118mph restrictor back out of it before track. Hopefully work ok
