Sid, thanks for that and I get where you're coming from with 'another wannabe JDM EP3'

Shiny, I'm with you there, Greeny's car is a beauty! I think a DC5, being a coupe, will remind me more of the Prelude..

I just prefer the looks of the cl1, that front end though. Plus is lighter by a good 70kg.Shiny wrote:CL7R > CL1RRattyMcClelland wrote:

Several JDM cars that are newer then the Prelude I know off which are more rustler then my current prelude. Just saying, if you get one you could rust proof it and maintain it. As mechanical reliability goes, even the new cars fail sometimes.bb1boy wrote:That's a good point Nitin. Why aren't I importing a Prelude? Probably because it'll just rust to death again anyway.. although I should look into it!

Do you mean that or are you just saying it because you're on a lude forum? If you want something that reminds you of a lude then surely you're only ultimately going to be happy with a lude. There are enough members on here that have gone away and come back that will tell you that.bb1boy wrote:I want trouble free, reliable motoring in something a bit rare that still makes me think of the 'Lude.

Oh I mean it. It's why I've owned Prelude's since 2002.. I've often thought about an 'upgrade', as it were, but never found anything suitable. I was tempted by a 5th gen, but I just can't do it. I've learned that I can't realistically run 2 cars and look after them both to a decent standard so I need one car that ticks all my boxes. A Prelude ticks a lot of them, but not all. When I'm in a position to be able to have a project car again (meaning time, money and space) I'd get another 'lude in a heartbeat..NafemanNathan wrote:Do you mean that or are you just saying it because you're on a lude forum?
