98 spec JDM ITRs had 16's as standard

It doesn't- however stock 15" wheels are never ever referred to as '98 spec' hence why your ad could cause confusion!

'98 spec' is only used in relation to JDM ITR models where '98 spec' was different to the original '96 spec'...

Correct. '98 spec' wheels are 16"

These are stock UKDM 5 stud- & a bargain at that!
