Seeking for H22 Header and cams!

Hey Guys. Iam looking for a Header mainly. It should be 2,5" and affortable. I take any used but if you know a adress to get a new one for a fair price iam happy aswell. (selfmade metal would be 140€ for me and a hytech would be 400€ here, to much for me)Also id be interested in Type R cams or some tuning ones(N/A)

the complete exhaust manifold & downpipe? plus what quality/make are you after?
