honda-Hardy's type "s" express back home.

@mattbigwood and I have agreed a swap with my supra 3 litre turbo. The Lude is back in my possession.

However I have a lot of cleaning to do to get it back to my definition of perfection.

More mud in the arches than on a freshly pulled potato.

First parts needed though are an s2000 or an ep3 type r civic steering wheel to replace the worn ek9 type r one currently fitted so I can remove the ghastly steering wheel cover.

Plus I need to replace or repair the door handle on the drivers side. What's needed? New or can it be fixed?

Nice drive home in the Supra... glad the lude is back with you. I reckon Becki was happier to see it than you were

Just get a door handle from another black prelude and swap the lock and key barrel over. I think I've done it to my old UKDM Motegi prelude in the past and it was easy..

Glad to see you back in the Type-turd club.

Exact same thing happened with my drivers handle last week. Turned out part of the plastic of the handle that retains the spring had sheared. I fixed it when it was dark, so was a bit fiddly holding a torch at the same time, but there was just enough plastic left to re-book the spring back on and it's been fine ever since.

I took some pics but haven't uploaded them, but if I've got you on WhatsApp I'll send them over so you can see.

Great to see you back in the lude. You were never meant to get shot of it obviously ;)

yeah got whatsapp nafe. cheers.

Me and my girlfriend got back together after 14 years apart. we met each other again whilst I had the Lude. We found a place to live together but I needed a deposit, that is why the Lude needed to be sold.
She was so happy to have the lude back. so both my girls are back in my life.

Good to see you got your car back
I am sure it won't take long to get it back to the way you want it
