Tell them you'd rather do it cash, and to sent £421 in an envelope to ...work address... , and you will then send the item.

Took the lad's 940HPT in for MoT today.
It won't be tested until Monday, and won't be coming home until a cam belt change, a dye test and who knows what else have been done.

And then started all over again to plan this year's road trip. (Switzerland, probably.)

Didn't bother with the cambelt change. MoT passed after an hour's work, with no significant advisories.

Went to our local Honda dealer today for a couple of ATR bits. We bought a bag with some bits in as well:-

Only £10, reduced from £39.99. The dealer wouldn't say why it was on sale cheaper than the sum of its parts, but did mention that it might be appearing at an ebay near you soon.

I think I broke something in my foot last night :?

I left some food unattended in the kitchen, and one of my dogs tried to help himself. I ran in to stop him (rather than doing the sensible thing and shouting from where I was  ) and I accidentally kicked the fridge full pelt on my way in to the room as a result of my clumsiness  I crumpled into a ball of pain and the dog consequently ate my dinner

Got all sorts of interesting colours and swelling going on this morning, and could barely get my shoe on. I'm hobbling around like an idiot and I'm struggling to drive as it's my left foot I hurt and I'm struggling with the clutch as a result

I'm weighing up going in to the MIU but I don't know if I'd just be wasting their time and my time. I've broken plenty of my fingers and I know that there's not really anything that can be done for them, I'm kind of assuming that a foot is a similar story.

Learnt my lesson about running indoors the hard way, as per usual

 That totally grossed me out, I hate feet  Mine's not that bad, but I can see that my little toe definitely isn't aligned like it used to be. I had a look on the NHS website and they just said the treatment is to apply ice and strap up any damaged toes - I don't want to take up their valuable time with something like that, I strapped it up at home and stuck a few blocks of ice on it. Should be ok I think. I just find it really embarrassing not being able to walk properly, that's what is really cutting me up  Will go pick up the automatic BB4 this eve, so at least I'll be ok driving.

Yeah no such luck. He did at least have the consideration to go and hide in the bedroom after eating the food. Wouldn't look me in the eye most of last night as he knew I was pissed off with what he did  Has bounced back this morning though and was taking socks off the washing line knowing that I couldn't get to him in time to stop him...
