0% rust but to me that's normal out here (and we take it for granted) as soon as a UK car comes into the garage you know straight away just buy looking underneath.Rudelude wrote:Looking fwd to seeing pics..... Should be in nice rust free condition in the warmer climate...
Hope it works out...
I'll start a thread asap.norks27 wrote:Gratz on your Lude,

Loved it!!!tom023 wrote:Thanks guys. Now I've got a bit of cash saved up after buying the car I can look at doing a major service, fixing a few leaking gaskets, painting the valve cover and getting some fresh rubber in the near future.
Question time! Any reccomendations on websites to get standard service parts for 'Ludes?
Plans for the car short term... New summer sport tyres, koni yellows (-20mm) on OEM height springs (replacements), thicker rear sway bar, perhaps a master polybush set.
After I've got the car nailed to the groundI'd like a lip kit (motegi?) or at least the front lip, flush or mid spoiler, extra front fogs (the ones that go underneath the standards)... The list goes on.
I'll keep you all posted! Hasta luego y buen fin de semana a todos!
