All the lighter coloured stuff is some kind of filler from what I can establish  it's really thick on the panels, and it's cracked over time - looked like a dry river bed. We tried sanding it and it's properly on there. I told my dad to use a power sander but no idea if he did.

Yes, today was Mothering Sunday - Iain you're not on fb so you'll have missed everyone announcing it  I see my mum every day anyway though so I'm sure my non attendance today shouldn't be an issue :?

Yeah I did  to be fair I did wait around at my parents house as I wasn't sure how long it'd take to turn the horses out, but after an hour and a half I decided to go and play cars instead :)

Today I found out that I only have 3 weeks of lectures between now and October

Maybe I will have time to update the directory.

Or maybe not... I also have an interview this week for something at the Institute of Food Research. You guys should do a big shop ASAP

 Wot?!
How the heck do you only have 3 weeks of lectures left in all that time?
 I expect you have a load of lab work to do instead though? :?

But...

But come on, be fair though... The fact you are picking the modules by having the names pinned to a dartboard, throwing darts at them over your shoulder with your eyes closed, does rather take the edge off a bit ;)
