What is that bit highlighted in red?
It doesn't have a part number shown.

Looks suspiciously like either an early HID/xenon bulb, or possibly an electrical headlight levelling adjuster???

I'd say it looks like a headlight level adjuster. It looks just like the ones on my 5th gen headlights.

You can just buy used headlight from germany, they came as standard here
