I was planning that actually, yea, but I think I kinda like the aged blinginess, if there is such a thing, that I've got from polishing the rockers to the level I have done.

New Dash Started

Well I got bored last night and today so this happened!!!

Total pain in the ass to do, makes removing a Prelude dash seem stupidly easy!!!!





And I've been busy tonight, this has all been made in the last hour :) A lot of cutting with a hand saw keeping the volume down but I'm very happy with how it's looking so far :D

Just bought some new gauges and dials for the car, seeing as how I'm gonna be running larger tyres on the rear and the V8 engine too, that means the speedo and tacho will be out, so I thought "stuff it" and I've bought this for a real sweet price!

Cheers mate, that's what I'm hoping!! With speakers in a smooth dash n that in the centre it should really give it a real nice finish :)

Still no idea what I'll do with things like the heaters though :lol: :lol:

The physical construction of the dash is now complete :D

All that's left to do now for it is cut outs for the 4x 6.5" coaxial speakers that are going in there and the digital dashboard and then carpet it :D

Now the dash is all one piece, will it come out in one piece? You could then bracket it from underneath and then remove the exterior brackets that ae showing? Or is that part of the rat look?? :D
