Cheers folks :)

Is there anymore interest now? :?

I've refined the process and can make them within a couple hours now so happy to do them for £40 each + P&P

Also, had my usual freaking insane drive to work this moring at 6am and I think it definately helps with the cooling. Usually when I pull up at the lights I get the smell of hot engine components in the cabin but nothing today :)

the original designs fixing points have not been used on either finished design yet. this is a big disability for the part as no one has seen how it is supposed to sit on the car when actually in place. it either looks sloppy and floppy or unable to achieve a seal :(

shame really.

this is no7 template while not attached on the front bolts. hopefully you can see that the rear fixing points mean the part sits flat against the car and is also enclosing 100% of the rad. this was how the design was suppose to work. both horns have been relocated to give a better seal and the whole part blends with the cars lines.

ill be seeing you later alex ;) carbon goodies and tein shall be swapped!!!

^^^ good point. We'll get some installed photos of LLL's setup too and see how it looks. I'm sure it'll look better without my rusty slam panel in the shot thats for sure!

V2 is excatly the same as the original but mounted under the hood assy instead of over so it's a versatile part :)

We'll take a look at mine with it mounted the other way and see how it looks :)
