Shouldn't matter that much.. Just don't crank it more than a few seconds in a row.
Any oil leaks on the cyl1 side?
Congratulations to vtecmec for winning May/June's Lude Of The Month, with his DIY Turbo BB1 build.

Only way of knowing cranking speed is to look at the tacho on the dash - but you won't be able to register accurately enough by looking at that
As gb says, don't worry about it though. We know one cylinder is out of spec and that's all that matters

1) put some oil in cyl 1 and check again.
A lot of Improvement means piston rings worn.
2) adjust valves
3) take off the head, get it resurfaced(?) and buy a Honda head gasket . ( and timing belt etc etc..)
It's not fun but the other cylinders are ok so it's not end of engine.
Just give it a good overhaul when you take it apart .
My compression was fine , 195 all around, still took the engine out and had it cleaned and rebuild. Just to make sure!
Good luck, let us know!

I would do a leak-down test. The kits aren't expensive if you already have a compressor. That way you can check where you are losing pressure from.
A garage could do the test for you.
