my brakes were shocking and i changed pads, discs, calipers and brake lines- pedal still had intermittent spongy feeling. was eventually fixed by replacing the brake master cylinder - probably 1 of 2 two seals in it had perished or been damaged when bleeding the brakes and the second seal was on its way out. i think only a few on the forum have needed to change the master cylinder so you should try fluid change first but its worth bearing in mind

Previous owner here. Just to help out the new owner, here is a quick overview:
When I first got the car about a year ago the brakes were bad, juddering big style. So I got new Brembo discs and pads and had PAW fit them when they did my coilovers. Initially they were fine, but after a couple of thousand miles they were squeaky and juddery at high speeds only (70mph+), but much less so than the previous set so I just left it because actually I found they stopped well and didn't want to pay for yet more discs and pads. It is possible the sticky rear caliper caused some damage, as soon as I realised I had a sticky caliper I had it changed for a refurbed one.
The clunk when you reverse is in my opinion unrelated as it has been there since I bought the car. Changing the brakes and suspension made no difference to the noise. I did ask PAW to investigate but they didn't know what it was, although to be fair they spent most of the day on the coilovers so I am not sure how much time they actually spent investigating.
