Bought a hooky Barbour from their local rep when I had my horse bloody zip bust in 2 weeks so I had to keep it done up with bailing twine. Yuppy? I think not!prelude91 wrote:Belstaff for me, none of that poncey farmer / yuppy Barbour toff stuff.
Congratulations to vtecmec for winning May/June's Lude Of The Month, with his DIY Turbo BB1 build.

I have kleptomania,
But when it gets bad,
I take something for it.

True story
Back in the 1950s, my dad failed his motorbike test.
As was allowed back then, he went for a re-test the following week. But his bike broke down on the way there.
He went to his mate's to borrow an alternative. All he could lend him was one of these:-

The examiner put him through the paces for the things he'd previously failed on. Just over halfway through the rest of the test, my dad ran out out of petrol. He had to pedal from then on.
He passed!
