I'm in Berkshire but happy to travel 1.5 hours or so for a well recommended shop. So roughly £500 an arch?

It doesn't split down quite like that tbh (i.e. if you went to get one side done at a time, it would cost a lot more than £1k)

BTW, I wouldn't be surprised if you get lots of quotes of more than £1k for that job.

Is the price still £220 for 2 x 5G rear arches or is it slightly cheaper for a group buy?

220 is the price from 2013, at the moment I can get them for 230 in a group buy, ( min 2 sets)
