Unless V A G come up with a fix an emissions failure and you are off the road at your next MOT.
I don't trust some people but VW doing this is unbelievable. Will it end there or are other manufacturers doing the same?

I have kleptomania,
But when it gets bad,
I take something for it.

And us asthma sufferers love you guys for it...
But anyway, yep, utterly stupid of VW to think they would get away with it. The yanks will absolutely drokk them for this - not only multi billion dollar from the regulators, but within hours of it going public, class action civil lawsuit also lined up...

After 2012 dpfs are required so yours is fine. Hollowed out dpfs pass.damon wrote:I had a golf mk4 Tdi, remapped and a straight through pipe and still passed mot's lol
Also what does a dpf do.....well it basically delays the soot particles and then burns them off when driving out in urban areas during regeneration. So basically the same as not having one.

I hate diesel. But no petrol option on the transporter.....yet.
