i went to the 10year anniversay of castle morton

missed my lift first time round

closer to the time i will ask for a definate list of attendees.

I will then ask for a PM with their Email on so i can forward full details. this will include directions to the venue,map of the venue (parking etc), a map of the drive out and a general breakdown of the plan.

then ill just sit back and open the gate. anyone not on the final list will be searched for cash, drugs and lighters then thrown in a ditch

Only just noticed my names down on the list, swear I signed up to this!

I'm in, and I'm sure by July the lude will be finished (to some of my plans).

Gonna be a good turnout by the looks of it - nice one for sorting it all James.

@rob: i wanted to do it last year but we only just moved in so wanted to suss out the locals

Hey guys,

Dino gave me a shout with the idea of adding in a dyno day aspect to the summer meet. I think its a bloody cool idea but you will each need to decide if its for you. It will be right in the main arrival time for people at my place so having thought about it, I wont be there, but for those who fancy it it will be a great start to the weekend. the dyno test station is just down the road in tewkesbury (25mls ish on M5).
If people wanted to stay over friday or just leave home real early saturday they could easily bundle it into saturday morning. I was thinking of getting the drive out started at 2pm so it would leave just enough time to finish off and drive over to get in convoy

here are the details Dino has got together for us:

''As part of the LG Summer meet, incorporating a Rolling Road Day on the Saturday may be a good idea.
The Rolling Road is located about 1/2 hour from where we are camping for the weekends festivities.
The day starts at 9am and is likely to run until 12-1pm.
As some people may be travelling down on the Saturday, there should be time for people to join us a little later if they want to run on the Dyno.
People can travel down the night before and camp over the night before if needs be.
This is aimed to be an LG/Prelude Dyno Day foremost, but there is a requirement for a minimum of 15 cars, so this is posted up on other Honda Forums to ensure we have numbers for the booking.
Details of the venue etc below:

Date; Saturday 14th July 2012

Time; 9am

Venue; Powerstation, Tewksbury, Glocestershire. GL20 8JH

Price; £35 per run

Please copy and paste the list as you add your names so its easy for me to track numbers.
