My Blue 5G H22A8 :)

First update.

So I picked the new cart up from Pitlochry on Sat, and got my new sawblades :) happy days!
Interior stripped out straight away to see what kinda rust was lingering about. Here's what I found...

Boot, spotless :)

Passenger rear arch, not a spot of rust. Yaaas!!

Drivers side rear arch, not that bad but bad enough so works been started on it already.

Cut all rust out and taken it back to clean metal... Image

Wow no time wasting here. Straight in to the jobs.
Is a nice looking Lude and nice to see the rust being tackled head on before it settles in.

I know, if I didn't start it straight away it would have just got left. Get it plated and welded in tonight then the paint can begin.

Haha no I haven't done it before, I'm a welder tho so that part won't be a problem. It's the painting I'm worried about!

Nice - great base to start with and good news with the minimal rust there.
You definitely dont hang about - lol.
Hope the body repair goes well.
