oh it did run better with the vacuum hoses in the correct places and blocked off correctly

I presume you're getting correct compression?

alright guys been away on holiday just got back today and got the intake manifold off checked all injectors tested them and the spray patterns and cleaned them at the same time, all OK

THEN

disconnect the knock sensor connector and the sensor was just loose not even tight

SO THIS IS A MAJOR FK UP ON OUR PART

Hopefully this was the problem now i need new intake gasket before i put it back together and test it...

Lol well hopefully buddy lol I think a couple of week away from it helped more than anything as the lighter was getting closer to the car ready to burn it lol

Was speaking to the owner of my car to find out if he managed to get the car running properly ended up being the hoses from the thermostat and intake was the wrong way round and runs alot better although vtec still aint engaging. Did or does your engage?

Yh it engages all be it poorly but only tried once as it was running so bad we did not want to torture the engine
