Time for a little update....

Well it was birthday on Monday, so I treated myself to a little present from Andy @ Vtec Direct

So yesterday i went off to see Rich at Performance Autoworks to get them fitted. There was a very tidy 5th Gen Lude parked outside when i picked it up (someone here?) but i forgot to ask about it in all the excitement!

I didn't want to go too low but left it in Rich's capeable hands to set up how he felt best for fast road. The EP3 are ET45 and i have some fat 225's on them (ATR standard is ET55 with 215s) so i knew there would be some limitations. Rich lowered them as low as he could without causing problems and to me the height is spot on.

The handling is awesome (not that it was bad before) and there is no real noticeable compromise in the ride quality.

All in all i'm chuffed to bits and it is what the old girl needed.

A couple of shots taken on the way home, the car is dusty, the wheels are filthy and the front tyre are only a couple of weeks old so in a bit of a state as i haven't cleaned them yet, but you get the idea.

I didn't used to like the CTR wheels on it, now it is lowered I think it looks amazing. Best ATR I have seen I think
