Decided to change up the brackets a little bit and painted them black instead of keeping it all red. Also re did the grill.

Thanks! :P I'll be taking it in tomorrow or thursday to get my exhaust put back on.

Things left to do:
- Paint rear calipers and brackets
- Re mount the front lip with 3m double sided tape which i put on the lip already, just need to peel off the backing.
- Mount the side skirts
- Throw my white wheels back on

- Hoping to get it done by this Sunday as the big prelude cruise is on July 4th!
- Take it for a boot and all done for this year!

Last night was brutal!

Took off the rear calipers from the brackets to paint the bracket and calipers seperately since i am doing two colors and the left side bottom caliper bolt was stripped! Lots of words were said during the fight with a Vise grip and the bolt! Eventually i got it lose and took it all apart haha. I'll post pic's tonight.

I have painted the rear bracket, shield and rotors edge and middle hat of the rotor. so no rust is showing. Tonight i will be painting the actual calipers!

If i stick to my plans my car should be completed by this Sunday!

..also, I've never seen someone paint their brakes in situ! Good work, looks great - and a lot easier than removing them!

whats situ??

and yah as long as everything else is covered up it can be done right on the car haha. It's a little tricky getting around different angles but its fairly easy enough to do. Just take the time to mask off area's that shouldn't be painted and you are good to go!
