I thought that after I posted it - you're not getting any in the boot, probably none in the back, so maybe one extra in the front..

But yeah, I'd say that the ride height that comes from those springs would be safe for most occasions.

Lowering springs are like this  (Just the springs)

Coilovers are the combination of springs and shocks.

Then check the next page from the link.
Where did you get the Pi springs from? Their website doesn't have a page for Honda.

..plus coilovers are usually height and damping adjustable, they are the preferred choice.

What's already on the car are coilovers. The type in nitin's pic are adjustable coilovers. :geek:
You can do lowering springs for under £100 new.
For adjustable coilovers, you'll be spending at least £400.

I lowered my car 35mm and I hav to watch it over speed bumps and already broke one of the bracket mount things that hold the exhaust to the car, I hav 17inch wheels with like 50mm of rubber so maybe that's my problem, i probably should have gone for coilovers but didn't have the cash at the time

Plus with coilovers you would get a slightly better ride and they are not all stiff all the time. :D

My 98 5th gen has 30mm Eibach lowering springs and often bottoms out on speed bumps etc, but I'm not the lightest of blokes
