Are you sure about that? It's definitely not upside down... Look at the curvature and also the fixng points for the larger fin are underneath. If it was spun around 180 degrees then it would probably be better as the flicks would be at the rear, but then the smaller fin would serve no purpose.

I'd say it's just been assembled wrong. It needs to be taken apart, each fin rotated 180 degrees on a vertical axis, then the larger fin place at the front bottom, the smaller fin at the rear top, and the end plates rotated 180 degrees on a horizontal axis and bolted back together.

I completely see what you mean, still looks upside down and back to front to me though - maybe the design is just really cheapo bum droppings

There is something up with it as the space in between the slats of the should not be facing that way, they should be vertical so that the air hits both bits of the spoiler without passing through them.
