I've (obviously) not done that one. Controlled environment seems like confined spaces might come into it - avoid avoid avoid. Worst thing I did, ended up with all the shitty jobs

I suppose you wouldn't have to worry about the actual doing though.

Prince2 is purely a management accreditation, and technically nothing to do with construction.

I plan on stretching out on my own within the next 2 years, so this can only add to that goal.

Also today, I travelled on the london underground for the first time on my own.

My dogs turned 3 today

We celebrated with a trip to the vets:

He's got some kind of lump/cyst on his pad that became apparent today, the vet reckons he's cut it whilst out and about and it's gotten infected

I know that trouble. Mine used to love chasing hares across stubble fields. Salt water wash and plenty of vetwrap.

Beyond getting you the contract, how much difference does it actually make to how you run the job though?!

Well, no actually; it's about a considered, organised and planned approach to delivery of a project (in any field). It's wider than running a job (which is only a stage of a project), and covers the top down structure from board level to those that deliver.
