Not sure mate Daz said they Should be able to To take car next month once they get into new place! But we will definitely have to give Them a run out together! Curious, because (without any direct experience on these things) on a turbo build, I'd be surprised if it yields any benefit? I say that because so much of the power comes from the turbo, that I struggle to see how the balance shaft would 'hold it back'?

Blocking a couple of oil galleries that feed the balance shaft will make absolutely no measurable difference to the oil pressure on the rest of the engine IMO.
