If yours is the 2.0 this is the power steering cooler pipe
Number 40 on pic seems to be a bracket clamp

I only have number 16 which is for the 2.0 pipe and the cooler tht goes built in with it.

The 2 pics I have posted is the actual part of the 5th gen 2.0 prelude the lings honda pic I attached is for the 5th gen 2.0n

Number 27 in lings honda pic is for the 2.2 model I'm sure some members on here will confirm

Sam it depends on which cooler your car has, part 16 is the small built into the pipework cooler, part 27 is the long not built into pipework cooler. if yours is the longer cooler it can be replaced with the shorter version.

Might be better explained here as @cebul had the shorter one on one of his imports and @nccmur had it on his 2.2 uk.
