I've just read this thread through. I'm impressed by the way you two go about things and the results you achieve.
Well done, both.

So the front bumper suffered a tad with the intercooler and it was sagging.
When I mounted it the first time I didn't have brackets so I found so bits of metal to make do untill I got more appropriate ones :)

This is what I came up with haha

Image

Not pretty I know lol..

But for £7 on eBay I got some splitter brackets/rods and they look miles better !

And to stop the intercooler pulling the bumper down I found a good bracket & mounted it in the middle

Quick Job done for today :)
It sits much better now and it's not pulling on the bumper

Pity the silicone has lost all the colour :(
I
Going to order some pipe for it maybe :)

Started the battery relocation today :)

Not got all the bits yet but got to make a start at least.

3m 240a 32mm2 batt cable

Fused Distrubition block 1x 0g & 2x 4g

So got the batt cable fed behind the passenger side pastics, so comes out perfect to go behind the glovebox :)

I forgot to mention the fuse box has been moved to behind the glovebox and is all pluged in :)

Anyway, got it pluged up to..

Red batt cable going to the boot, which the alt cable will join to later..
Top black wire from the distrubition block going to the starter and the bottom white cable at the bottom loops round the fuse box to the left terminal :)

Got a new small battery ordered that comes with a bracket for the boot, and ordered a 150a breaker for just next to the batt !

Also got fuses on the way, will get the alternator wired up tomorrow
