when you put your foot down in an auto the gearbox kicks down one or 2 gears depending on how hard you put your foot down

The second cable from your throttle body goes to the auto gearbox. It's what makes the box kick down.
When the accelerator pedal is fully down, it means the throttle is pulled wide open and that pulls on the kick down cable, which pulls the auto box into 'kick down'.

It has nothing to do with what you were doing with your throttle body, it's just the explanation of what the second cable is for, since you don't have cruise control...

Ok
Suns guaranteed out today
And Luke s out for 1st time since i cleaned the throttle body

Lets see if still yo-yo rev
2 weeks i need to monitor it (as that was within the time the yo-yo came back after TWICE fixed supposedly)...
...if yo-yo comes back could it be the Idle Stabilisation Valve then?

It started to yo-yo
In NEUTRAL, PARK, D and R
In fact in ALL gears whenever stationary!
Revs between 1000-1500rpm
Cant sell Luke like this
Will have book him in into the garage ...
