toe arm bolts

Post by si import » Wed Apr 15, 2015 3:56 pm

Anyone no Where I can get the inner bolts which bolt the toe arms to the subframe. I've got new adjustable toe arms but the bolts are seized solid in the bushes. I rang my local honda dealer and can't get any till mid May .
Cheers Jon

Mid may? That sounds weird? I only get these botls from Honda but I see no reason why you cant use a generic bolt if you have aftermarket toe arms. The OEM arm uses the adjusting plate on the bolt to adjust the toe. Aftermarket toe arms will have their own method of adjustment so any bolt that holds the arm to the sub frame will do.

True dat ^^^

Probably better to have a standard bolt actually, you'll not be using any of the adjustment to OEM bolts provide, so no need to use them. Well done Merl, didn't think of that :)

Yar. My Megan racing toe arms adjust through its own arm rather than the bolt adjustment plate. You get much more toe adjustment with the aftermarket arms over the OEM bolt adjustment plate .
