Just arrived home from the hospital after an operation, with my mood being brightened after finding a letter from the tax man giving me 2k back.

Yep. Was meant to be buying some parts, but the bloke couldn't get them off in time and he couldn't hang on to the car any longer, so I had to go and get the whole bloody thing

Need that like a whole in the head, but no choice really - am fed up chasing round for the bits needed

Was a complete kebab to load. Wrong wheels on it and cut springs. Slammed to drokk. Not at all funny

currently sat on the trailer in my road, with no bonnet, wing or bumper

Yep. Bonnet, wheels, drivers wing, front bumper. The headlight guts and covers are missing too (think they dismantled them while trying to work out how to get the bumper undone

) also the battery, but other than that, it's complete. Drives etc.

Rotten as a pear on the sills, rear arch and around the sunroof (I assume that's why it's covered in duct tape

)

One day they'll remake that film "cheaper by the dozen", but it'll be about Wurly and JJ setting up in a big house together with all their cars

Yep, but, this one is a gonner... Especially after all the (physical) pain and aggro it caused me during loading
