Best to get it skimmed regardless imo, doesn't cost alot and could save hassle in the long run

Ahhh would I have to disassemble to have it skimmed? Ideally I would like a rocker too so I can just swap over. How much you looking at posted for a head with the rocker?

Rocker cover would need to come off and cams would need to come out for it to be skimmed, as well as vtec spool valve etc.
Valves can be left in.

this ^^^^

I wouldn't refit any head with having it skimmed first, it wont cost much to get it done at a local machine shop.
I could probably put everything together but not tighten it so its quick and easy for you to take it apart for the shop to skim.

I was going to ask for £100 for the head as the bare head is £50 and the cams £40, but if I add the usual bits and bobs to put it together, plus the rocker cover (which are strangely in demand these days) id ask for £150. that wont include postage, id have to measure and weigh that first to get an estimate.
