ok so this weekends update:

the engine is near enough in

we have a few issues to work around like the brake ballast splitter and fuel filter needing to be moved down. the top mount i got with the engine is somehow wrong and not a 92-96 lude mount???? so i need one of those (wanted thread created).

but the engine is in and wired up, we still have a fair bit to do with regards to shafts, and other parts still to fit or finish fitting.. anyway on with the pics:

Something is telling me there are 2 different side mounts on 4th gen ludes

from what we can tell you may be correct, one has a single hole on the cap and the other like the one i have with 3 holes in the cap. i need the single hole one PLEEEEASE

The only difference that I am aware of on Preludes is the brackets and mounts on the gearbox side, if you have the wrong gearbox mount, this may be throwing off the other side?

yeah there are auto and manual gearbox mounts

thanks guys we use the b-series mounts for gearbox and rear as we are using the b-series bax this is how we know alignment is correct i think i just have the completely wrong mount as its not the same as one in a picture of a conversation my buddy did a few years ago which fit perfect.

the only visual difference seems to be the 1 and 3 holes, i may well have a later prelude mount?
