Are the leaks you're talking about, the ones that you can see on the floor of your garage in the pic above?

Yup
SAME leak since day 1 - lol

Had it looked at THREE times now
Maybe it was NEVER the cam cover???

Looking at the front of it (driver on left) -
Its dripping on the right side ...say 3/4 from driver wing and 1/3 from front bumper ...

autobox cooler connection? A/C hoses? Less likely to be ABS as wrong side of vehicle.

Yeah that's why I was asking. that's either auto box or power steering cooler pipe connection. My money is on the latter. If you put a clean bit of newspaper or kitchen roll down to catch the dripsz what colour is the fluid? Pinky red?

There's pipes and hoses carrying hydraulic steering fluid dotted around the bay though mate ;) the cooler probably runs a fair width of the front of the car for example.

Did the garage check the oil seals lower down the engine?? Sounds like they've been focusing on the rocker cover seal but there's a load of other seals that could be leaking on an engine this age. What does the bottom end of the block look like?

Well
1st time in 2 weeks? (Since the whirring noise comes on every couple of minutes)...didnt come on this morning (just the usual once)...

So
2 things to monitor now:
1. Whirring noise (need to check fluids)
2. Black oil leak under PAS fluid

Used this the other night too:
