so there were a few questions that need answered about what washers go where etc
but there was one part that was missing from some of the shocks and in order to get parts back to the manufacturers standard or better we needed to find some of the nylon washer that sits onto of the shock tube and acts as a base/load spreader for the bump stop when it bottoms out.
so to cut a long story short i found some cheap standard nylon washers that are the exact same dimensions as the koni parts

So you can get them from ebay for a couple of quid for a pack of 10. All you need to do is cut a thin slot in them so that you can twist them onto the damper shaft

size is M12 Nylon washer od 40mm id 12mm thk 3mm. I went for natural nylon.
